Description
Founded in 2002, PinnacleCare is now a rapidly growing healthcare service company with the premier brand in private health advisory! We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Sales to help continue growing our services in the Northeast.
Job Summary: The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for selling PinnacleCare memberships in defined geographical sales territories to prospects in the high net worth and corporate channels. They will sell directly to prospects in these channels, as well as work with multiple referral sources to generate, pursue and close leads.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop leads through prospecting with referral sources (already developed and new) as well as direct prospecting; and develop leads received from marketing.
• Qualify prospects and personally lead the prospect through the sales cycle to closing with support from senior executives and other PinnacleCare staff
• Identify, qualify and create new referral sources;
• Relationship Management duties including check-in calls, obtaining references, providing feedback on referrals and ongoing relationship development
• Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and Business Development regarding leads and forwarding to the appropriate area of responsibility
• Territory management including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM maintenance, and expense management
• Offers suggestions for Advisor assignments and transitions to ensure optimal match
Job Requirements:
• Experience selling “PinnacleCare like” services highly desirable or personal attributes and experience that foster selling consultative PinnacleCare solutions
• Must be a highly motivated self starter and proven at closing new opportunities, building relationships and reaching your goals. Experience with commission based arrangements required.
• Comfortable working with and gaining the trust of many prominent and affluent individuals including business owners, executives, and their advisors
• Recognizes and understands the problems of the healthcare system and effectively communicates and offers solutions regarding medical/healthcare issues
• Outstanding creativity, business judgment and follow through
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
